Advertisements must not contain any illegal or illicit content, including but not limited to drug use, violence, or illegal activities.
Advertisements must not contain any content that is offensive, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for a general audience
Arked Infotech reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement that it determines to be in violation of this policy, and to take appropriate legal action if necessary.
Arked Infotech will not be held liable for any errors or omissions in advertising content.
By submitting an advertisement for publication on the Arked Infotech website, the advertiser represents and warrants that the advertisement complies with this policy, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Arked Infotech from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from the advertisement.
The Advertiser shall be solely responsible for ensuring that their advertisements comply with all relevant laws, regulations and guidelines in the country, state or territory where the advertisement will be published or distributed.
This policy may be amended from time to time at the discretion of Arked Infotech, and it is the advertiser's responsibility to stay informed of any changes.
