The Asus Zenfone 8
The Asus Zenfone 8
The Asus Zenfone 8 released a few days ago (June2021) and though its price is not revealed in India it is
priced approximately at Rs 53,000 (EUR 599). This is a really extraordinary phone firstly, because of the
features it gives to its consumers, given its price, and secondly because of its design. It is powered by the
latest Snapdragon SD888 which is a really capable processor.
It is a 5.9 inch Full HD AMOLED 120Hz
screen, but the surprising thing is its design. It has a two-camera setup, which is quite rare even in the
budget category of Smartphones and secondly the camera is not exactly at the top which gives it a sort
of unfinished look but looks do not say everything. In its press release the owners said a lot about these
two sets of camera. These two cameras do the work of four cameras. The main 64mp camera doubles
up as a telephoto lens and the ultra wide camera doubles up as a macro lens.
The phone has a 4000Mah battery which seems small but considering the size of the device it can easily
last a day, plus there are a lot of battery tweaks to improve battery life. In terms of specs it is standing
there between the best Smartphones like the Samsung S21 ultra and Asus being the maker of probably
one of the best gaming phones the ROG phone has jam packed all its gaming software into this phone.
The cameras do a really good job and according to sources take photos like the OnePlus 9 which is more
expensive and it comes with android 11 with Googles’ own Oxygen OS which is light and battery
friendly. So this is a really good phone if you want a high end experience for a little less money.
